The alignment of information technology and business processes is an essential task for companies, having a significant impact on economic performance. Therefore, companies model their business processes with languages like the de facto standard Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). However, BPMN can be relatively complex, making it challenging to involve non-technical stakeholders, such as business users. Although there are approaches to improve comprehensibility through the visualization of BPMN, they are either not simple enough to understand for some non-technical stakeholders or not detailed enough to include all necessary information. In this article, we propose a first approach to automatically visualize business processes using AI-generated videos. As a proof of concept, we use the approach to create a prototypical video, which we evaluate in a survey. Our initial evaluation suggests that viewers with little to no experience with business process models can understand the procedures of the example process.
